- PM² Project Management Training
PM² methodology is an important methodology that can be applied in accessing EU projects and other international funds.
In the training, the steps to be followed in formulating and managing projects to be financed will be discussed in detail and in practice, based on the EUPM² Guide.
Who Should Participate: Public and private sector experts, academics, entrepreneurs, project experts/candidates who carry out "Project Preparation and Project Management" studies for EU and other global funds.
